In the case of insurance backed guarantees this will be made clear in writing on the job itself.
Manufacturer Guarantee:

b. The manufacturer guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship and may vary depending on the specific product used.
c. If you encounter any issues covered by the manufacturer guarantee, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in initiating a claim with the manufacturer.
Notice of Cancellation:
a. You have the right to cancel your contract with our roofing company within 14 days of entering into the agreement, without providing any reason.
b. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing, either by email or postal mail, within the 14-day period.
c. If you cancel the contract within the 14-day period, any payments made to us will be refunded in full within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
d. If you request us to start the roofing services within the 14-day cancellation period, you will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
Limitations of Liability:
a. Our roofing company will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.
b. We are not responsible for any damages caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or any other events beyond our control.
c. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided by our company.
Payment Terms:
final payment is due on satisfactory completion of the job and/or within 14 days from the date of our invoice.
